Hmmm....

Not much to post about!

However, I am very proud of myself and well as proud of Becky. We have made a conscious (spelling?) effort to go to the gym everyday. Whether we feel like it or not. And you know what? Having a workout partner makes the time fly by. I really want to lose at least 10 pounds by the summer. I hate to think that I am going to have to put on a swimsuit in a couple of months to take Kamryn to the pool.

So I have been TRYING to eat better or at least less and then putting in at least an hour a day at the gym. The scale hasn't really done a whole lot for me, but I feel better!

It is a lot easier to put weight on then taking it off. And then you know what as soon as I lose the weight, I'll be pregnant again! Oh the drama!!!

Anyways, I am just proud that I am working out again!! I should put a before photo on here and then an after photo in a couple of months, but that would just be imbarrasing. I would rather just put pictures of Kamryn on here. She's cute enough to be shown off!!

Good job Jen and Becky also. It is hard. I am also making more of an effort to do water aerobics, drink water instead of soda (that is helping me lose weight), eat smaller portions, eat only when hungry, do T-Tapp (go to www.t-tapp.com) it helps and might help once you are preggers, and doing more walking. Now that is starting to warm up I can go for walks at Plaaman Park.

You guys should bring the kids, I could use the company instead of listening to my MP3 Player. But I am noticing the weight loss on me. My goal is to be less heavy by my Madison appointment on March 31, and also for swimsuit season. I have a new swimsuit that I bought and it is big on me. Woo Hoo! Plus a couple more swim suits that don't fit yet, but will come summer (fingers crossed). Losing weight and a new hair cut for me will make me feel like a new woman. I am so proud of you Jen. Talk to you soon chicka!
