I see a park!

As many of you know, we have a park right across the street from our house. Ken, Kamryn, Gunner and myself were outside yesterday and Kamryn spotted the park I guess for the first time. Or at least seen kids over at the park for the first time.

She pointed to the park. And I asked her do you want to go to the park. She said "park" "park". So I ran inside the house, grabbed my camera and we all went to the park. I have a feeling this will become a daily occurence if she is outside.

She had a blast as you will see. Even her favorite stuffed toy "ming-ming" had to come along!

On our way home from the park Kamryn seen ducks in the ditch. She tried to catch them! It was so cute......

Weekend of Running

Okay, we actually didn't really RUN anywhere! Seriously............me running?!?!?

Anyways, it was a very busy weekend with lots to do. Saturday afternoon we went back to Mayville to visit with Grandma and Grandpa Puls. Sunday morning we went to my Grandma's church to celebrate her 80th birthday! HAPPY BIRTHDAY GRANDMA!! We had cake and ice cream. It was very nice to see grandma again and she looked good!

Then we went back to my parents so they could also visit with Kamryn. Auntie Nell, Uncle Bill and Kaden were also there. So Kamryn and Kaden played together while I got stuff marked for the rummage sale my mom is having in May. We ate a late lunch and just munched on snacks the rest of the afternoon.

Then we went to visit Ken's grandma Keach. She is having knee surgery on Tuesday so we just wanted to visit and wish her well and let her know we will be thinking of her.

We are now finally home and it is 6:30pm! Tomorrow is just time for relaxing and of course cleaning, because that is never done. Below are pictures with captions hopefully! Big Girl Bed

Two blogs in one day! WOW!

Kamryn has been trying to climb out of her crib lately. So we thought (okay I thought) it was time to get her into a big girl bed. And the crib we got her goes into either a daybed with the crib mattress or a full size bed which obviously requires a bigger mattress. So for now we opted for the daybed until maybe her birthday and then get her into the full size bed. Either buy one or use the one we have and when baby #2 comes (whenever that is) we can buy a new crib. Who knows, but for now, Kamryn is in the daybed.

As you can see, Gunner is just as excited as Kamryn. I can't wait until the day we wake up and Gunner is laying with her in her bed!

I love you honey!

Today was a tough day. Kamryn is teething and is a BEAR!! Anything throws her into a tantrum not to mention she woke up crying at 5:30am. I emailed Ken earlier today for something and also just commented that Kamryn is crabby today. Not really looking for sympathy, but just to warn him I guess. Since I planned on working out tonight.

Anyways, so when he got home from work he asked me to get something out of the backseat of his truck.

And this is what I found! It's things like this that make me fall in love with him all over again. It's the little things honey, the little things.

Spending N Visiting

This weekend was very much up in the air. My mom wasn't feeling well and her and my dad were suppose to watch Kamryn on Saturday while I went to the Outlet Mall with Becky, Sue and the kids. Well, it ended up I still went to the Outlet Mall, however, it was with a toddler in toe! Which was fine, her and Isaiah rode in the stroller together and did very well. Mallory stayed with her Nana and Becky. We spent money and shared laughs. It was a lot of fun. Thanks for inviting us Becky and Sue! After shopping we went to El Ezteca for lunch. Again, our original plan was to grab Noodles and Co, but that place was PACKED! I have never seen it so busy before. So we went with plan B. It was delicious!!! Kamryn wasn't a fan at all, but that's okay, we grabbed her lunch when we got home.

Then I called my mom to see how she was feeling and she sounded much much better and said she was feeling good and wanted to see Kamryn. So we went to Mayville for the night. And thank god we did. I ended up with a migraine last night. I have never had one before and I prefer never to get one again. It was horrible! I unfortunetly was in bed by 7pm, nauseated and a headache the size of I don't know what. I don't know what I would have done if I had gotten it at home with just me and Kamryn. Yikes! So then this morning I was feeling better. Still have a headache, but nothing like last night. We ate breakfast and went outside to play! It wasn't as nice out today as it was yesterday, but that's okay. Better than snow or rain.

I am looking forward to a few thunderstorms this week! I'm not sure what this week has in store for us either. Cleaning the house has to come first. I have bathrooms to clean and kitchen floors to wipe. That maybe Monday and Tuesday. Wednesday is playgroup finally and maybe Barnes and Noble! Thursday and Friday who knows!

We also decided this weekend that Easter is going to be up here this year with my family and then also maybe Ken's mom and dad and sister and BIL. We are thinking about going to the New Zoo in Suamico on Saturday before Easter. They have an egg hunt as well as breakfast with the Easter Bunny! I think it would be something different as well as a great time at the Zoo. Then we would come back to our house for dinner and easter basket hunt.

Then Sunday maybe we can make it to our church service once. I have to go over this with Ken, but we had already talked about it and he liked the idea. So we will see. I am very excited about it!

Uppercase Living

My MIL bought this for Kamryn. It is from Uppercase Living and I think it turned out so cute! I infact emailed Harland to see if this is still available to purchase somehow because I think it would make a wonderful gift!!

All you do is paint the board that it comes with and put the saying etc on it after the board dries. The paint and stickers all come with it as well as the stand.

Thank you Grandma Puls for buying this! I love it!!

Hmmm....

Not much to post about!

However, I am very proud of myself and well as proud of Becky. We have made a conscious (spelling?) effort to go to the gym everyday. Whether we feel like it or not. And you know what? Having a workout partner makes the time fly by. I really want to lose at least 10 pounds by the summer. I hate to think that I am going to have to put on a swimsuit in a couple of months to take Kamryn to the pool.

So I have been TRYING to eat better or at least less and then putting in at least an hour a day at the gym. The scale hasn't really done a whole lot for me, but I feel better!

It is a lot easier to put weight on then taking it off. And then you know what as soon as I lose the weight, I'll be pregnant again! Oh the drama!!!

Anyways, I am just proud that I am working out again!! I should put a before photo on here and then an after photo in a couple of months, but that would just be imbarrasing. I would rather just put pictures of Kamryn on here. She's cute enough to be shown off!!

Visitors

Janell and Kaden came to visit Thursday morning and spent the night. It was a lot of fun. Thursday Becky and the kids came over since Janell hadn't seen Mallory yet. We had lunch from Red Robin which is always good! Becky left so she could get Isaiah down for a nap. Janell and I just hung out until Marissa got picked up. Then we took the kids for a walk since it was so nice out. Kaden and Kamryn both wore their rain boats so they could run in all the puddles. It was so cute! We had a really fun walk.

Then we ate supper which was very good. Ken made brats, hotdogs and hamburgers on the grill with potato salad, baked beans and french fries. The kids ate pretty good considering they barely had time to eat with all the playing they had to squeeze into one night. Then we went shopping. Janell wanted to get Kamryn's Easter basket done so we went to Shopko without the kids. Well that didn't work so well. Kaden didn't want to hang out with Uncle Kenny. So we had to come back home and pick him up before we went to Toys R Us. Then Janell wanted to pick up a book at the Christian Book Store so we did that and by that time it was 8pm. Time to go home and get the kids ready for bed. The day went by way to fast.

Today we just hung out let the kids play. Janell went to McD's for the kids lunch and subway for Janell and myself. It was very good! Thanks for running Bird!

Janell and Kaden left around noon. It is always so nice to see them, but it sucks to see them go. It is then that I wish I lived closer!

But anyways looking forward to the weekend. Ken has something special planned for me tomorrow. Not sure what it is, but he asked me to cancel my plans for Saturday! I'm excited. He has never done this before. Tonight I plan on working out when Marissa and Isaiah get picked up. Sunday is church and bible study. Then Ken's parents maybe coming up for a visit.

Kamryn seen me take her dirty clothes down from her room today so while I am checking my email it is awfully quiet in her room.

Kamryn was emptying her drawers and picking up the piles of clothes and putting them at the edge of the steps, because that is what I did this morning with her clothes before I took 'em downstairs.

I took pictures of her putting the clothes back, because now whenever you get the camera out she stops what she's doing and says "cheese". So to catch her in the act is getting pretty difficult.

She is such a character and catches on so quickly. I have so much fun with her!!

I have the best job in the world!!!

Productive Day

Today was so much fun! It started off with church and bible study which is always a good way to start off a Sunday. Then after that Kamryn and I went to Becky and Tim's for a scrap day.

I of course have more pictures since it's already March (yeah!). I have pledged to only do a two page layout for each month since I am already on Kamryn's second scrapbook about ready for her third! So I did part of January which I hope to finish tomorrow night at scrap n craft and then I finished February's.

It was very productive! I now have Becky hooked on the Cricut so to her family reading this, what a great gift to give her! (Tim I hope you read my blog!)

Anyways, this week................Monday I plan to workout, I'm not sure about Step class since Becky isn't going with me and I need that extra modivation to actually take a class. So maybe I will just do cardio. Who knows. Tuesday who knows what is going on. Wednesday is Lent supper and church. Thursday my sister and nephew are coming up, hopefully to spend the night and hang out! I am really really looking forward to that. I miss them! Friday nothin, Saturday, step class. Yadda Yadda Yadda.
