Hoppity Hop!

What a wonderful Easter again this year! We decided to do something a little different this year with my family. My parents, Janell, Bill, Kaden, Ken, Kamryn and myself all went to the New Zoo in Green Bay on Saturday for an Egg Hunt! The kids had so much fun. Then we came back to Appleton for lunch at our house. It was just simple ham sandwiches, chips, pickles, pasta salad and dessert. We also had the kids go find their Easter baskets and Easter eggs outside. My mom always hides the adult kids baskets and eggs outside as well. The adult eggs have lottery tickets attached to them though. It's always a good time. This year I won $25.00!

Anyways, Saturday night we drove back to Mayville so that we could spend Easter Sunday with Ken's side of the family. We went to church on Sunday then went to give my Godson Bryce his Easter basket. Then went back to Ken's parents house and had Kamryn find her Easter eggs outside. Kamryn got pretty good at spotting eggs out! She had fun. Then we visited with Great Grandma Keach who came over for lunch. After lunch we went to my other Godson Ethen's house to give him his Easter basket and visit as well. Then we came back to the IL's house to visit with Auntie Keri and Uncle Harland and get Kamryn's Easter basket!

One last stop before we went home! We went up to Ken's grandparent's house to visit with them for awhile as well.

Every holiday it is always a lot of running around, but it's nice to visit with family so it's worth it!

Scrapping and Pasting

Yesterday, after playgroup Becky, I and of course the kids stayed after in the nursery. Becky and I wanted to scrapbook and that gave the kids a change in scene from either my house or Becky's house. We packed a little picnic lunch and some snacks and just had a good time.

Then I came home and much to my surprise, the Uppercase Living stuff was at my front door. I wasn't expecting it as I thought I would have received an email stating that my stuff had shipped! It was a pleasant surprise.

So I put Kamryn down for a much needed nap and sorted through everyone's orders and then put up my UCL stuff. I am once again pleased with how everything turned out. I just love that stuff!

Then I dropped Kamryn off over at Becky's later so that Ken and I could go get our Will's signed. It is not something that we were excited about doing or thinking about, but we know that it needed to be done. So if something were to happen to us, we now know who will be taking care of our princess Kamryn as well as our financial things. Hopefully the money that we spent on the Will, will be a waste of money! :-)

Anyways, here are the pictures from yesterday.
