??

Well yesterday Ken stayed home because I felt cruddy. I had a stuffy nose, congested and just no energy. He finally got a feel for what I do all day when he is working. He figured out it's not easy taking care of a 9 month old. She is always on the go, needing diaper changes, sippy, and just chasing her so she doesn't kill herself! I think he now has an even great appreciation for what I do.

Today we went to the park with our playgroup, which is always fun. It is nice that it is earlier in the morning, because by afternoon it could really be hot like today.

I have some pictures from the weekend. I'm not sure how to put the captions under them so I will explain now. One of them is my best friend Shelly holding Kamryn and Shelly's daughter Brylee. The other one is Brylee and Kamryn look at those curls on Brylee ALL NATURAL!! What a cutie. And then since my parent's came up on Sunday as well I posted one of Grandpa and Grandma pushing her in the swing. Her favorite thing to do besides walking around with her walker thingy!

OH and tonight if the weather holds out I will be going to Swimtastics! Good exercise I hear and lots of fun.

Weekend Visitors

This weekend has been really fun. Yesterday Grandma and Grandpa Puls came to visit. Grandpa and daddy went fishing and Grandma and mommy went shopping. Since Kamryn is starting to use her walker outside we decided it would be time to get her a pair of shoes that she could walk in. Thanks Grandma!

Today good friends of ours Shelly, Dean, Bryce and Brylee are coming to visit. Once again daddy is going fishing with Dean and Bryce and Shelly, Brylee, Kamryn and I are going to do a little shopping, then coming home to make a late lunch for the guys. Also, Grandma and Grandpa Zastrow might be stopping in for a visit as well! Lots of visitors, which is nice that we don't have to travel they are all coming up to see us.

As you will see in the pictures below I am proud to announce that Kamryn's hair is just long enough for a little pebbles pony!

We also went to church this morning. Since we haven't gone in awhile and unfortunetly to say good-bye to Todd, Tanya and Kathleen as they leave tomorrow morning. Good-byes are never easy and this was no exception. We are going to miss them sooooo much! Watching Kathleen grow has been such a joy! Keep blogging Tanya! We miss you already!

New Toy!

Sorry I haven't written in awhile once again. Nothing really new has happened since daddy came home! We are just enjoying our time together again.

Today Kamryn and I went to Toys R Us to get her a walker since she has been pulling up on everything and even walks when someone is holding just one of her hands! So with the gift card that young adults got us that is what we used it on. Kamryn loves it! She gets mad when she bumps into something and then is stuck 'cause she hasn't figured out how to move the walker around. But she is so darn cute with it. Needless to say she thinks she is the bomb, walking around with a big smile on her face. LOVE IT!

Tonight we are going to finish cutting the lawn and hopefully going to get Ken's wedding band refitted. Since he lost so much weight his wedding band doesn't fit, which isn't a bad thing, however, his band has to much detail that getting it shrunk is impossible to do according to Jared's jewlery store. They would have to put just plain gold in his ring because the detail wouldn't be able to shrink. So I am afraid we may end up getting him a new wedding band. We will see what other jewlers say and go from there.

Here are some pics from the last couple of days! Have a good night!

Daddy's Home

Well after a long process Ken is finally home! Saturday morning Ken called and send his flight was delayed already in San Diego and was leaving like 2 hours late because they were waiting for a plane part. Great, not like we missed him or anything. So he didn't think he would be home until late. Well, it turns out he got a flight out of Chicago at 6:40pm and arrived in Appleton sometime around 8pm I think. I was already back in Mayville because if he wasn't coming home until late then I was going to stay there and he would just come down in the am since we were planning to drive down on Sunday anyways to help my mom pick rasberries. So long story short he arrived in Mayville. Gunner and Kamryn were so happy to see him! As well as myself!

So we picked rasberries Sunday and helped my mom cut her lawn which she was very appreciative of. My parents live on a farm so they have a lot to mow and it usually takes my mom 2 days to cut and we finished it in 1 day 1/2. I helped her cut Saturday as well. It was hot as heck, but we finished it!

On our way home we stopped by Ken's grandma because she always loves to see Kamryn. Grandma was so excited, I'm pretty sure Kamryn made her day.

Then we came home ate supper went on a walk all of us took a bath/shower and now are just spending some family time at last!

Till tomorrow.....................

Bye Bye Grandma-Hello Daddy!

Well today is the day that grandma leaves. :-( We had so much fun with her the last couple of days. Lots of shopping, lots of things got done in the house, and of course lots of hugs, kisses, and laughs. We will miss her, but hopefully we will see her tomorrow when we come down to pick rasberries! Last night we went out for fish at Van something or nother in Holland. It was very good! We came home, went for a walk watered flowers and watched Open Season. It was a very nice night. The week sure did go fast thanks to having grandma here!

Daddy comes home today! YEAH, we miss him sooooooo much. Hopefully his plane leaves Chicago so he doesn't have to drive home.

Till tomorrow!

Grandma's Here!

Yesterday my mom came to stay while Ken is in San Diego. Kamryn had so much fun with her yesterday when she arrived. She actually belly laughed when grandma was playing with her. It was soooo cute. I actually got the video camera out and videoed her for awhile. Those moments are priceless.

Today is going to be busy busy. Kamryn gets her pictures taken today at Sears. I hope and pray that she is good. They are at 1:30 so I am hoping to get her down for a nap around 11ish so that by 12:30 or so she will be up and ready to smile pretty! My mom has some shopping that she wants to get done so we will do that as well.

Tonight we are going to take a walk to Culvers for ice cream after supper. Hopefully they storms hold off. Yesterday in Sherwood they had golf ball size hail! Yikes.......

Till tomorrow.......................

Busy Beavers

WoW! Sorry I haven't blogged in awhile. We have been busy busy busy. Doing what you may ask? Well..................Thursday we had a going away party for Todd, Tanya and Kathleen. It was a sad, but happy at the same time. I know it's best for their family, but sad for the friends they leave behind! Anyways, Friday we went to the Children's Museum with Becky, Isaiah, Janell and Kaden. It was a lot of fun! Kaden LOVED the fire truck especially the fire dog, he drug it out of the fire truck and wrestled with it and any kid that took it away he followed them until they surrendered the dog! FUNNY! Kamryn liked the water part as well as the three and under section. Saturday Ken left for San Diego and first coming home on Saturday late afternoon. :-( We miss him already. Abscence makes the heart grow fonder I guess. So Saturday after Ken left we headed home for my godson's birthday party. Then Grandpa Zastrow was off so we had a bonfire and roasted marshmellows! YUMMY! Smores are soooo good. Sunday morning Kamryn and I, Grandma Zastrow and Great Aunt Emily went to Beaver Dam to a craft show. It was very nice. Sunday afternoon and night was spent by Grandma and Granpa Puls which is also fun! And today we spent most of the day by Janell and Kaden's house. It was a ton of fun, lots and lots of laughs forsure! Gunner says he's sorry..........lmao Right now Kam is sleeping and then we are going over to the neighbors to sit outside for awhile. The kids like to play with Kamryn. That is our evening!

Goodnight Green Room with a red balloon................Janell will get this!

Preparing

Today we are preparing for Todd and Tanya's going away party which takes place tomorrow at our house. We are really looking forward to it! A chance to get together with friends is always a good time.

We took some time out and had lunch with some friends Kim, Jamie and Liz at Bakers Square. As always it was good and you are full, but yet you can't pass up a piece of pie! YUMMY!

Not very exciting otherwise.

Ta ta for now...........

HOT HOT HOT

We went boating yesterday with Kamryn and Gunner which was about what we expected. Kamryn was ok for awhile, but that darn life jacket she didn't like. Who can blame her those things are uncomfortable. But she tolerated it for maybe 45 minutes.
Then today we went over to Becky and Pastor Tim's house for a cookout with our Young Adult Group. They are always fun to hang out with. Kamryn did very well even though she was needing a nap. She loved playing inside with her friends Isaiah, Kathleen and Jacob. You could tell she wanted so badly to get up and run with them, but she just couldn't. Soon enough Kamryn, soon enough!

Ken went fishing for a couple hours now and Kamryn is down for a nap. Hopefully later when it cools down we will go for a walk.

Have a great rest of your 4th of July weekend!

4th of July Oh My!

Today was a very fun day. We spent it together as a family. We went to the New Zoo in Green Bay. It was great weather for it. Ken and I probably had more fun than Kamryn, but she squealed in delight when animals got close to her. It doesn't come close to the Milwaukee Zoo, but for $5.00 it was well worth it. They have a variety of animals and a petting zoo which is cool.

We then went to pick strawberries as we were running low. We found a strawberry farm just up the road from the zoo so we stopped in. We had two flats full in about 1/2 hr. Not bad! The berries were so big and juicy we could have picked a ton more. YUMMY!

The rest of the day will be spent at home as Kam is still running a low temp which I think is from teething as she has runny stuff out the back end as well if you know what I mean. :-)

Tomorrow morning we are going to go for a boat/fishing ride. Kamryns first! Ken is pretty excited about it. Hopefully she will catch a fish. It should be fun, Gunner's coming with as well which is always interesting. I will take pictures of course.

Have a happy and safe 4th of July! God Bless America. Say a prayer for our troops!

Happy Wednesday

Last night Colette and I went to the movies to see Sex In The City, HOWEVER, someone didn't see on the website that movies change at Hollywood everyday and so Sex In The City wasn't playing last night. We decided to see WALL E and we were not impressed at all! I guess it was suppose to be the animated movie of the year, I'm not sure by who's ratings. Anyways, not good. But Colette and I had a blast anyways, we laughed pretty much through the movie on how stupid it was and that we should be watching Sex In The City if someone would have gotten there stuff together! (Not naming names...... Colette) So because we had such a terrible times at the movies we decided to wash it down with Cold Stone ice cream......NUMMY!

Eeeeeeeeeeeve.................you had to see the movie!

Anyways, today we went to see The Bee Movie since the movie was free at Regal with some friends. It was such a cute movie from what I seen of it, it started at 10:00 and by 10:30-10:45 Kamryn had enough. Cookies and juice didn't work for her today. So we had to leave. :-( I was really bummed, that was one movie that I really wanted to see. Oh well that's what happens when you take a risk and go to a movie with a baby. At least I'm not out any money.

It's raining and just crummy outside so I guess we will be hanging out inside today.

Stay dry and have a good night!
