Weekend Fun

This weekend Kamryn and I went back home to visit grandma and grandpa and Auntie "Nell and Kaden. Ken went up north duck hunting with his dad and some other people.

Friday night my dad took a couple of hours off because he heard Kamryn would be visiting. :-) Saturday all day was spent with Aunt 'Nell and Kaden. We watched Sex in the City!! What a good movie........ a little graphic at times, but good none the less. Kamryn and I spent the night over by Aunt 'Nell's and we had such a good time. It was so nice being able to spend that much time with my favorite nephew and best sister in the world! We did a spa treatment and the kids played together. It was very very nice! Except for the damn cat while I was trying to sleep. Apparently the cat is a night time cat. He was pouncing around all night, while I am TRYING to sleep on the couch in the living room. Needless to say, not much sleep going on that night. Kamryn slept great, which surprised Janell and I both. But she had a busy day running around with Kaden. I am working on getting her down to 2 naps a day, since her naps are pretty short. So we are working on that this week. I am just worried that she is going to be super crabby and I won't be able to handle it and give it! grrrrr

OH, and then to find out Sunday morning, I had left our digital camera on the back of my dad's jeep by accident and didn't realize it and he drove off with it. Found it Sunday morning on the highway (gulp) in a zillion pieces! I thought I was going to throw up and cry all at the same time! Then I had to call Ken and let him know because it would have been on my mind for the rest of the day. Thankfully he took the news well and just said it could have been worse, like something happened to Kamryn etc. So he is punishing me by not letting me get a new camera for awhile (but by Kamryn's birthday). So no more pictures for a while! Which maybe good, I only have 174 to scrap anyways!!!!!

Anyways, Janell, my mom, Kamryn and I went to a craft fair on Sunday after devastating discovery. It was not a great craft fair by any means, but mom always thinks she's missing something if she doesn't go. Then we went out on a mission to find outfits for the family picture that will be taking place the weekend before Kamryn's birthday. So mission accomplished, we all found outfits and they look very nice together! I can't wait! My mom has wanted this for a very long time and I am so happy that it is finally taking place.

That was the weekend. Sorry it's a bit long. And of course no pictures to show for it!! haha ( I can laugh about it now)

Have a great day!

Old McDonald Had A Farm

This past weekend was very good as well as yesterday! Saturday we went home to spend time with my dad since he was off for the weekend. Kamryn ate her first apple from Grandma and PaPa's apple tree (pictures to follow) she rode on the tractor with PaPa, which is a regular thing to do when at Grandma and PaPa's house. We went out to eat and then just hung out at my parent's house. Janell, Bill and Kaden were over as well which is always good times!

Sunday morning we left because I had to work Sunday afternoon.

Yesterday Janell, Kaden, Ken, Kamryn and myself went to Little Farmer to get a carmel apple, go on a hayride (which they don't have on weekdays!) and let the kids play in the playarea. We packed a picnic lunch as well. We had a lot of fun, as well as the kids. I am really happy that Ken asked to go with us! He is a very involved daddy and I am very happy about that. And it's important to Kamryn as well.

Tonight I work as well as Thursday and then I am off Friday and Saturday and hopefully Sunday. 'Cause it's back to my parents this weekend, because Ken and Gunner will be duck hunting. We are hoping to go to the Oshkosh Outlet Mall to get some clothes for the kids for fall.

Have a great day if you can help it!

I Do Have Pictures

Isaiah and Kamryn enjoying a beautiful fallish day!

Ken obviously is thinking about duck hunting!!

Just an update

Nothin happening the last couple of days. I worked all weekend and now don't work again until Thursday yeah!! I have the weekend off and my sister and nephew and I are going to the pumpkin patch with the kids. It's called Little Farmer over by Fond du Lac. I am really looking forward to it. Last year we went and I was a whale waiting to explode so this year will be much better! Ken is gone on Saturday to do some duck hunting scouting, so begins the hunting season! :-( I am not a big fan cause it means he is going to be gone every weekend unless I work. But I married him so whatta do? :-)

Kamryn has been a crabby patty lately, she is teething is the only thing I can think of. She isn't sleeping or eating well. She is starting to get diaper rash AGAIN! Hopefully we caught it early and it won't get bad.

Well that's it from the peanut gallery. Sorry no pictures today!

Make it a great day!

Good Day!

Yesterday was a really good day! The weather was beautiful Isaiah and Kamryn were great, we went for a walk like we usually do if the weather is nice because both of the kids love it and it's good exercise for Gunner and myself.

I didn't have to work last night so Ken and I went to workout. We are trying to get Kamryn used to the daycare at the gym. She did great the first night until some mean little girl clocked her with a toy and now she cries as soon as she sees us walking away. Breaks my heart. So the very nice ladies that worked last night gave me some tips to try the next time we drop off so I am going to try that. I actually got the ladies schedules so I can work around their schedule since they seem to have been the nicest and most caring that I have found to work there. Kamryn has to get used to it because we paid good money for the daycare and mommy and daddy aren't always going to be by her side. What happens when she (gulp) goes to school?!?! I have started going to church playgroup again on Wed am so hopefully that will help as well.

Tonight I work tomorrow I am off, then I work Sat 10-4 and Sun 11-7 and then not again until Thursday. So I'm not thrilled about working this weekend, but I just have to think that next week will be nice!

Have a good day!

Sooooooooo Tired

Kamryn had such a long weekend, that today at lunch she just couldn't stay awake! Isn't she so cute?!

Well, Friday night we went back home (Mayville) for Ken's grandparent's 60th wedding anniversary on Saturday. It was so nice to see everyone again. Ken's aunt Sandy came home from out West for the party and she hasn't seen Kamryn yet so that was nice. Ken's cousin Shanna made a beautiful slideshow of grandma and grandpa growing up as well as all the kids and grandkids and great-grandkids. It was very special and we all got to take a copy home with us. It was very very nice. Saturday night we went out by Ken's uncle Dave and aunt Aime's house for a bon fire. We didn't stay long because Kam had had enough by dark. But I do have a couple pictures of Kamryn and her cousin Taylor riding in Taylor's car. Very cute!

Sunday my dad was off so we spent the day out there. Fun as always. Aunt Janell spoils Kamryn to death with popsicles, suckers etc. So Ken and I said Janell will never babysit for Kamryn! :-) Lord only knows what she would give Kamryn without us there, cause it's bad enough when we are right there

Today I am trying to catch up on laundry and getting the house back in order before I work tonight and start babysitting for Isaiah again tomorrow and also work tomorrow night. Busy busy! But the money is nice............

Have a great day. I will try to get better at posting. Sorry Keri!

Wausau Pictures II

Blast From The Past

What a wonderful weekend we had! We got back yesterday from Wausau where we stayed at the Cedar Creek Lodge and Waterpark with my long time best friend and her family. We haven't gotten together in awhile and it was so much fun, just like growing up! We laughed and laughed and created new memories with our kids. I have a lot of pics to share so besides what I put on this blog I will put more on the next one. We went to a county park where there were water falls and a State Park on Saturday and grilled out for dinner and to let the kids play etc, it was nice to get out of the waterpark for awhile and just see the area of Wausau.

Yesterday when we got home Ken's parents came up for the night and Ken and his dad went fishing Sunday night and this morning. So grandma, Kamryn and I went to do a bit of shopping. Of course grandma had to buy Kamryn some clothes for fall which was greatly appreciated. I guess she says that's what grandma's are for!

Tomorrow I officially start babysitting for Isaiah although I have a couple of times already. He's pretty easy to watch so I'm not worried.
Enjoy the pictures!
