Halloween and Birthday Pictures

We have had a busy busy weekend. Kamryn's birthday party on Saturday and Trick or Treating in Mayville on Sunday! Kamryn's birthday party was a lot of fun, she did great. The cake took her a bit, but as you can see in the pictures she warmed up quite quickly. She got a lot of nice gifts that she loves to play with! Spending time with family and friends is always nice.

Sunday trick or treating. Kamryn was a ladybug. And a darn cute ladybug at that!

This week we are just hanging out since it is chilly outside. Not much else going on so I guess just enjoy the pictures! Oh, we did take some pictures of Kamryn at the Children's Museum on her birthday so I will post a couple of those as well. I may do two different entries since I have a couple pictures!

Happy Birthday!

Our little princess is one today! Where did that year go? We love her more today than we did yesterday! She is the light of our life and truly a miracle and a dream come true.

The first picture is from this morning at 5:43am the exact time we were blessed with her one year ago! And the second one is just a little bit after she was born. And the last one was obviously her one year picture! We love you more than you will ever know Kamryn! XXX OOO

Today Kamryn, Daddy, and I are going to the Children's Museum in Appleton. Last time she was there she was just crawling and I think she will enjoy it even more today; running all over the place! I am not going to bring the camera I don't think because I want to just enjoy watching her, but we will see.

Celebrate a day early

Today we had church playgroup so I made cupcakes for Kamryn's birthday treat. These ladies/moms have seen Kamryn almost every Wednesday since she was like 3 weeks old so it's only fitting that they share in her birthday as well. As the picture shows she loved it! It took her a little bit, but I helped unwrap the cupcake and told her to hold it and that's all she needed! I hope she does this well for her birthday cake on Saturday.

Tomorrow our princess will be one. I will be setting my alarm and taking a picture of sleeping beauty at 5:43am! I'm sure she will be thrilled. I am just hoping she doesn't wake up! YIKES!

Photo Shoot

This weekend as you all know was Kamryn one year pictures! What a beautiful weekend to have them done outside. Kamryn did very well towards the end of the shoot she had had enough, but did ok.

Sunday we had our entire family shoot with Grandpa and Grandpa Zastrow, Aunt Janell, Uncle Bill and Cousin Kaden. Kamryn did even better then on Saturday. I can't wait to get those pictures back.

But here are some from Saturday. Shelley (photographer) worked extra hard to get these done so we can have them for Kamryn's birthday party on Saturday. We obviously won't have them developed already, but the guests will be able to view them on the computer or tv.

Her prices are reasonable as you get all of the proofs of your pictures on CD and you can do with them as you like. She already has the color and cropping done for you......

Happy Fall Ya'll

We are still enjoying this beautiful weather. Although the weather has cooled down, it now feels like fall. The colors are just beautiful.

I have some more pictures of the kids playing in the leaves as well as some more pictures of Kamryn's new hobby...........Climbing! She has a chair that she absolutely loves to climb up on, turn around sit down, and do it all over again. It is too cute. I also haven't posted any pictures of our first baby so today is the day to do that. Poor Gunner, we still love you!

I can't believe that in exactly one week my little girl is going to be ONE! Where did that time go? I am looking forward to her becoming a toddler to communicate more with us as well as become her own individual person, but I still want my "baby. Basically, I want my cake and eat it too! :-)

Saturday we get her one year pictures taken and Sunday we have family pictures (weather permitting).

Tonight I work and then am off the rest of the week and weekend. I only work Monday next week. I don't work either jobs on Thursday because Ken and I are going to do something special for Kamryn's birthday. Friday I babysit and Ken is off to help me get stuff ready for her party on Saturday.

That is my life for the next couple of days in a nutshell! Have a great day.

Beautiful Just Beautiful

What an absolutely beautiful fall day! Ken gave me the idea to rake up the leaves from our backyard and let the kids play in them. Kamryn had a good time as you can see in the pictures, Isaiah on the other hand just watched from a distance. Probably thinking to himself what in the world is that crazy girl doing playing in those yucky leaves?!?!?

I work tonight because last night a girl asked if I could and since we can always use the money and we really didn't have much planned I said yes. Then I am off tomorrow so Becky and I are going to water aerobics in the morning and then Ken and I are going to hang out with Kamryn and Gunner maybe go to the state park and go for a walk. I am really looking forward to spending some family! Sunday I work from 8am-2pm and then hopefully off the next couple of weekends for family pictures, Kamryn's birthday party etc! Busy busy month!

Nothin Happening

Just wanted to say that nothing new has happened in the last couple of days except that I finally got a new digital camera! YEAH!!! So here are two pictures that I took the other day just to try it out!! I'm very excited. It is just like our old one but a newer model. The sales guy wanted to sell us a warranty package incase I run this one over. Kens response was..........Trust me she won't!!! (isn't he sweet)

Pickin Pumpkins Again!

The last couple of days have been busy once again! Story of my life. I worked Monday and Tuesday and then again this weekend Sat 10-6 and Sun 8-4. Long weekend! Not looking forward to it.

Anyways, Ken being the sweet husband that he is on Tuesday night when I got home from work had a bubble bath waiting for me with candles lit! What a sweet guy! He knew that I have been a bit stressed lately with Kamryn's birthday coming up, and family pictures and with finances and everything! Urgghhh Anyways, so that was very very thoughtful and very much appreciated. Thank you honey! I love you.........

Wednesday Kamryn and I went to playgroup because poor Isaiah stayed home with a nasty cold.

Thursday we went to pick pumpkins with one of my girlfriends Carly and her two kids. Isaiah and Kamryn had a great time! I took pictures with Becky's digital camera (thanks Becky) so as soon as she downloads them to me I will post some for you all to see! Isaiah squealed with delight to see the petting zoo animals close up. He didn't want to touch them or get too close, but had a blast looking at them! To cute! We then went on a hayride and picked a pumpkin. (Did you get it Becky??? hahahah) I think the field trip went well. It sure is different from one kid to two. I don't know how parent's of twins do it! But I think I may do more field trips, if I can think of places to go with the two kids. Becky has scholastic book fair at the end of October I think she said so Isaiah, Kamryn and I are going to drive to her school and take a peek at the book fair, Isaiah can have lunch with mommy and I can see where she works. We are really looking forward to that!!!

Anyways, that is it. Uneventful weekend planned. Next weekend we hope to clean the carpet in the house since Kamryn is done with the spitting up stage. Maybe I can get the kids to start leaving their drinks in the kitchen!!! (nice thought anyways!!!) :-)
