This weekend was a lot of fun! Friday night Janell and Kaden came up to spend the night since on Saturday morning we were going to be going shopping. It was a lot of fun to hang out with them and since they never spent the night at our house it was nice to be able to spend an entire night with them.
Saturday we went shopping at the Once Upon A Child store with Becky and found lots of nice clothes. We then went to Good Will, didn't find a lot there, and then last but not least we went to Sam's to get some things.
We also unfortunetly got some bad news. Our good friends Adam and Carly were expecting there third child in March and on Friday she lost the baby. It was a little girl that they named McKayla. Please keep their family in your prayers.
Saturday night Ken and I just hung out at home. Sunday we went to church and I went to bible study. Then Sunday afternoon Becky watched Kamryn so we could get some Christmas shopping done. And lo and behold we have all Christmas presents bought except for Kamryn! Thank you so much Becky for watching Kamryn. She always has so much fun with you.
Today I am getting my haircut and Jodie is watching Kamryn. It is so nice to have friends that I trust and that Kamryn likes to watch her when needed. It's like having family here.
Since we got snow last night, I bundled Kamryn up in her snowpants and jacket, hat and gloves to go play in it since she has never seen snow before. (Last year she was obviously too little.) She didn't much like it. She walked through it fell a couple of times and I think her gloves got went and then her hands got wet and she wanted to be picked up and go inside. Maybe she will have more fun when I can build snowmen etc with her as well as get a sled to go sledding. Who knows!

Kam, Just give it time. Kaden did not like the snow much either when he was little and now he loves it! You better get use to it come to grandma and papa;s house we go sledding! Grandma is a crazy driver hang on tight ask K.K he knows from experience!!

Kamryn and Gunner,
I had a blast today watching you. Gunner thank you so very much for the kisses. Don't know what I would do if you didn't do that for me. ;) But Kamryn had a blast making you laugh, having you play with my earings, and sit on my lap for me to read you a story. Your smiling face is so darn cute. Until next time. You have to ask your mom if we can all go sledding up here this winter. I know all the cool places to go. Ryan would love to take you down a hill.
